Attending the Practical Medicine Making Intensive was an incredible experience. The site was beautiful, surrounded by fresh country air that instantly grounded me. I loved connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for community care and building deeper relationships with plants. The hands-on experimentation, inspiring recipes, and space for creativity made it both fun and empowering. Nicole was wonderfully organised, approachable, and generous with her knowledge—she created a space that felt welcoming, inspiring, and deeply nourishing. I left feeling more connected, capable, and inspired.
