About the Mobile Herbal Clinic Calais
The Mobile Herbal Clinic Calais is a dedicated mobile clinic that aims to operate during the first week of each month in Calais and Dunkirk. We provide preventative healthcare, self-care support, first aid, and assistance accessing medical services to hundreds of refugees and undocumented migrants living in the area.

Ordering from Outside the UK?
For items from this website, we are able to ship internationally to all countries aside from those in the European Union.
Postage costs
Our website automatically calculates postage based on combined weight. If you are ordering multiple items, it may not be accurate and you may be over charged. Please email su*****@******************ry.org and we can send you a code to use for bulk shipping to make sure it is as affordable for you as possible.
Important Information
Pre-order deadline:
Please submit your order by Sunday 29th November 2026 (GMT).
This is a pre-order. This means your items have not yet been printed. They will all be printed together and posted after the pre-order window closes.
Items will not be available for purchase after this date, as we cannot afford to produce extra stock.
Printing date: Orders will be printed the first week of December.
Dispatch date: Orders will be packed and posted the second week of December.
When to Expect Your Items
- UK: Orders will be sent using the UK 48 hour tracked service via Royal Mail. Delivery aim is 2 working days.
- International (outside Europe):
Royal Mail’s estimated delivery for the International Standard service is 6 to 7 working days, but in our experience, it often takes closer to 14 days.
Important – Please note, if we have a higher volume of orders than expected that means we need more than the three days we have booked with the printer – we may need to find a later print date/the printing may over run. Orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis!
Please note we are NOT AMAZON and we are a group of unpaid grassroots volunteers. We will do our very best to get everyone their merch before Christmas but we are unable to offer a guarantee.
Missing Items & Queries
Please provide a RELIABLE delivery address when you order. We CANNOT replace items lost due to address issues or house moves.
If items have not been received by the end of December, please email su*****@******************ry.org with the delivery address and we will check our Royal Mail Drop and Go System.
If you email more than 8 weeks after the order date, we reserve the right to not refund you as the money will have been spent on essential project costs that keep the clinic going.
We print a very limited number of extra t-shirts in case of missing parcels (literally 1-2 spare of each size, but we cannot guarantee a replacement). We will refund you if you’ve emailed within 8 weeks of your order being lost, if we are unable to replace it ourselves. As a tiny grassroots project, we are unable to print surplus merch in bulk.
