I am so excited to welcome a whole new group of people to start working through the course. Just a reminder that there are 8 comprehensive modules exploring how trauma shapes the body and how we can reclaim and reshape it. Folks will develop an in-depth knowledge of plants, herbalism and nervous system physiology, grounded in an anti-oppressive analysis. There are 60 video lessons in total including 32 in-depth plant profiles about herbs with an affinity for the nervous system!
