Introducing the Hawthorn Group Programme

The Hawthorn Group Programme is a three-month herbal support programme for people experiencing state repression, whether that’s surveillance, arrests, or facing trial.

Starting in September 2025, the programme offers a mix of pre-recorded content, live group calls, and individual plant medicine support to help tend to the heart during these intensely stressful times.

It’s named after Hawthorn, a tree known for its deep connection to the heart and emotional healing. The group aims to create a space of collective care, especially for people resisting state violence and working for liberation.
