About the Mobile Herbal Clinic Calais
The Mobile Herbal Clinic Calais is a dedicated mobile clinic that aims to operate during the first week of each month in Calais and Dunkirk. We provide preventative healthcare, self-care support, first aid, and assistance accessing medical services to hundreds of refugees and undocumented migrants living in the area.

Unfortunately, not every item is available to order. We would love to be able to ship to Europe ourselves but with Brexit, custom fees and returns, the cost is prohibitive to our grassroots project.

Postage costs
Our website automatically calculates postage based on combined weight. If you are ordering multiple items, it may not be accurate and you may be over charged. Please email support@solidarityapothecary.org and we can send you a code to use for bulk shipping to make sure it is as affordable for you as possible.

Orders will be packed and posted during the second week of June.
This is a pre-order. This means your items have not yet been printed. They will all be printed together and posted after the pre-order window closes. Items will not be available for purchase after this date, as we cannot afford to produce extra stock.
Please note that merchandise printed in the United States and Belgium may have different timelines.

Before You Order
Please provide a RELIABLE delivery address. We cannot replace items lost due to address issues or house moves.
We are not a large retailer. We are a grassroots volunteer-run project. Please be patient and read all the information here before contacting us.
When to Expect Your Items
- UK: Orders will be sent using the UK 48 hour tracked service via Royal Mail. Delivery aim is 2 working days.
- International (outside Europe):
Royal Mail’s estimated delivery for the International Standard service is 6 to 7 working days, but in our experience, it often takes closer to 14 days.
Important – Please note, if we have a higher volume of orders than expected that means we need more than the three days we have booked with the printer – we may need to find a later print date/the printing may over run. Orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis!
